Cancellation, Late and Covid-19 Policy

Cancellation Policy

Rubiology Electrolysis is committed to providing exceptional care to all our guests. Due to limited appointments, as of April 1st, 2024, we request you cancel or reschedule your appointment(s) at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Appointments prior to April 1st, 2024 will follow our previous cancellation policy of 24 hours. On and after April 1st, 2024, if you cancel or reschedule with a 48 hour or more notice, you will receive a full refund and no fee will incur. If you had a prepaid appointment processed when booking online, the paid fee will be refunded.

To cancel or reschedule, please call or text at (909)624-8617, available 24-hours.

Unfortunately, if you cancel your appointment without a 24-hour advance notice before April 1st OR a 48-hour notice on or after April 1st, including no-call/no-show and/or arriving late your appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. The maximum Cancellation Fee for "NO SHOWS" or "CANCELLATIONS" is $50. This cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file. For prepaid services, a portion will be refunded.

  

Cancellation Policy 

Guests will be charged 50% of the appointment fees, up to $50 maximum for "NO-SHOWS" OR "CANCELLED" appointments with less than 24 hours advanced notice. Starting April 1st, guests will be charged 50% of the appointment fees, up to $50 maximum for "NO-SHOWS" OR "CANCELLED" appointments with less than 48 hours advanced notice. The appointment fee will not be applied towards future appointments.

Guests who repeatedly cancel may be required to pre-pay for appointments and can be removed from any reoccurring or pre-existing appointments.  

 

Rubiology Late Policy 

Guests running late or past our 10-minute grace period are responsible for any missed/lost time that may cut into your original appointment time length and may be subject to rescheduling for a different date/time at the electrologists discretion. In this instance, the Rubiology Cancellation Policy will apply.

 

Regarding COVID-19

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, you are subject to Rubiology Cancellation Policy.
